Guie’s Realty & Property Management was founded by Taylor and Chris Bagnick as a reflection of their passion for real estate, service, and building a lasting legacy. The name “Guie” comes from Taylor’s family, where her grandparents owned and managed 20+ investment properties, inspiring the foundation of the business today.
As Chris served as a Naval Aviator, their family relocated often, leading them to invest in real estate across multiple markets. Through this experience, they saw how real estate can create both financial freedom and long-term stability, shaping their approach to serving clients.
Their mission is simple: serve people well, build lasting relationships, and create opportunities through real estate. They believe real estate is more than a transaction — it’s a tool to build a life, a portfolio, and a legacy.
What sets them apart is their focus on the long-term success of each asset. Taylor has helped 250+ families buy, sell, and invest, guiding clients beyond the closing table. Chris, a Naval Officer and helicopter pilot since 2017, brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and a calm, solutions-driven approach. His home inspection background ensures properties are properly maintained and protected.
As active investors since 2018, they’ve built their own portfolio and worked with property management companies across multiple markets. They’ve taken what works, improved what was missing, and built systems centered on clear communication, consistent inspections, and proactive management.

Taylor Bagnick is a Real Estate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina and co-owner of Guie’s Realty & Property Management. Originally from Philadelphia and a Penn State graduate, she brings a background in marketing and communications, including roles with iHeartRadio and as a national Brand Ambassador for the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.
As a military spouse, Taylor understands relocation firsthand and has helped 250+ families buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Her approach goes beyond the transaction, focusing on long-term strategy, clear communication, and helping clients make confident decisions. At Guie’s, she is committed to creating a client experience that feels informed, supported, and personal.

Chris Bagnick
Property Manager, Inspector & Co-Owner
Chris Bagnick, a Penn State graduate from Bucks County, PA, earned his degree in Energy Business and Finance before commissioning as a U.S. Navy Officer. As a Naval Aviator since 2017, he brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Chris plays a key role in protecting and maintaining client assets through his home inspection experience and hands-on approach. He helps homeowners and tenants troubleshoot issues while ensuring properties are properly cared for.
Together, Chris and Taylor have invested in real estate since 2018, building a multi-state portfolio and working with property managers themselves. That experience shaped Guie’s approach — focused on clear communication, consistent oversight, and treating every property like their own.
